It Is Good To Be Heard

After my 20 years of involvement in community change and social services, I believe that answers exist for addressing the social and cultural challenges that face us. So I write about them, including a regular column (that I call The Empowerment Ventures) with the intention of inspiring others to feel good about their motivations action for change.
